1. Shipping
All products sold are shipped using post, registered post or courier. The choice of which is dependant on value and weight of the shipment.
As a policy, we currently do not deliver outside the Republic of Ireland. However, if you have a specific request for delivery outside the Republic of Ireland, please contact us via email, (using the Contact Us section on this website) with your query and we will endeavour to cater to your needs.
2. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product provided by us, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges.
Please email info@firststopsportsnutrition.ie prior to returning any goods, providing the reasons for the return. In order for us to give a refund we must receive the product within 30 days of purchase.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent back to us that are lost in the post. Unfortunately we are unable to refund cost of postage except in the case of faulty goods. Please note that returned parcels are the customer's responsibility until they arrive safely with us and therefore we would advise our customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods for whatever reason.

Product descriptions used on this website are a copy of information available on the manufacturer website. As such, all products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site
We do our best to provide you with quality supplements so please email us with any queries/problems you might have.

We accept payment through the secure method of Realex.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Euros (€) and where appropriate include Irish VAT at the current rate.
We can take payments by Credit Card or Debit Card.
Please note that transactions that are deemed to be fraudulent will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Placing an Order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisers at info@fssn.ie before placing an order with us.
These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by Irish Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside Ireland, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside Ireland complies with any applicable non-Irish law or regulations.
Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A contract between the customer and First Stop Sports Nutrition Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
